How we got here

Two founders. One thesis. A different kind of agency.

Brand Lift was founded by Sherif Ismail and Mohamed Samir — one with an engineering and MBA background, the other with a career in technology and AI systems. Together they had watched the same pattern play out in business after business: marketing detached from strategy, campaigns disconnected from sales, and technology bolted on as an afterthought.

The thesis behind Brand Lift is simple: growth is an engineering problem. It requires alignment across strategy, marketing, sales, and operations before a single campaign is briefed. The four-pillar methodology is how we put that thesis to work for every client we take on.

We are selective by design. Fewer clients, deeper engagement, measurable outcomes — not a roster of logos and a volume of activity.

CEO

Sherif brings two decades of connecting marketing to commercial outcomes. He holds an MBA from The American University in Cairo and has spent his career building the bridge between strategic intent and revenue reality.

Most agencies stop at awareness. Sherif starts at the business model — mapping goals, sales motion, and operational constraints before a single tactic is proposed. This is the lens he brings to every Brand Lift engagement.

His AI toolkit is deployed selectively: faster research, sharper audience insight, better targeting decisions. It is a force multiplier, not a shortcut.

Mohamed Samir

CTO

Mohamed is the technical co-founder who builds the systems that make growth scalable. His work spans custom web platforms, AI-powered tools, CRM infrastructure, and the automation layer that connects them.

Where most developers build to spec, Mohamed builds to outcome. Every platform, integration, or AI tool he ships is designed around a commercial question: does this move the business forward?

His background in both engineering and marketing technology means he understands why systems need to exist before deciding how to build them — and what good measurement looks like on the other side.
